
IC5 - Tech Product Specialist

Objective of the Role
Drives the analysis, design, and delivery of advanced technology solutions that align with strategic business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement, and the ability to lead the development of impactful solutions. Serves as a key contributor to product innovation, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams while mentoring less experienced analysts to foster a culture of excellence.
Main Responsabilities
- Leads the end-to-end analysis of complex business challenges, mapping processes, systems, and dependencies to design future-state solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Oversees the prioritization and negotiation of features or enablers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving the inclusion of high-value initiatives in the backlog.
- Actively participates in product roadmap discussions, providing data-driven insights and technical expertise to shape strategic priorities.
- Leads the validation and functional testing of complex solutions, ensuring they meet defined quality standards and address business needs effectively.
- Translates sophisticated business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications, ensuring clarity and precision for development teams.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for product optimization and innovation, leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance business processes and user experiences.
- Manages the implementation of high-impact changes and new functionalities, maintaining a clear focus on quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment throughout the process.
- Monitors and analyzes post-implementation performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving enhancements in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive technical and functional documentation to ensure continuity, scalability, and ease of understanding for implemented solutions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and alignment with business goals.
- Mentors senior and junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to elevate team performance and encourage professional growth.
- Promote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactive problem-solving among team members.
- Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product analysis, tech product management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
- A technological educational background is needed for this position. Solid understanding of technology product lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, and validation processes.
- Advanced expertise in agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of financial or technology products, including regulatory compliance and market trends in the assigned area.
- Proficiency in collaboration and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, AWS, Power BI, SQL, and non-relational databases, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated excellence in functional and technical documentation, ensuring usability and clarity for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and proposing innovative, scalable solutions.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels and facilitate alignment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring quality outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
- Experience in leading validation and testing efforts for advanced product solutions, maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous learning, staying updated on emerging trends and incorporating them into product strategies and solutions.
- Experienced in collaborating on the validation and functional testing of products, ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
- Have solid knowledge of integrations with transactional processors for fintechs or banking institutions with a B2C focus.
Desirable (not mandatory): Previous experience with platforms such as Vision PLUS/First Vision (or other processing platforms) and local clearing houses such as PROSA.
