Objective of the Role:

As a Tech Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the technology department by managing and optimizing various operational tasks, including workforce planning, employee database management, vendor management, reporting, projects, and other operational activities. This senior position requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Workforce Planning: Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies to ensure the technology department has the right resources to meet current and future needs.

2. Employee Database Management: Oversee the maintenance and updating of the employee database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, roles, and responsibilities.

3. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products. Lead vendor selection and evaluation processes.

4. Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present reports on various operational metrics, including workforce planning, vendor performance, and project status. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

5. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects. Track project progress, identify potential issues, and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

6. Operational Tasks: Perform and oversee a variety of operational tasks to support the technology department, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing documentation.

7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the technology department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all operational activities.

9. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

10. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and support strategic initiatives within the technology department.

11. Support Initiatives: Provide leadership and support for various technology initiatives, including new system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

12. Promote Autonomous Teams: Encourage and support the development of autonomous teams by fostering a culture of self-management, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.

13. Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador: Foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in an operational or support role within a technology department.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

6. Experience with vendor management and contract administration.

7. Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.

8. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Familiarity with technology and data management practices.

11. Proven leadership and project management experience.
