    • B2B Business Intelligence: Oversee analytical initiatives related to business clients, merchant networks, partnerships, and operational scaling, identifying insights that optimize commercial strategy and partner experience.
    • Practice Development: Co-own the definition and implementation of analytical best practices in experimentation, KPI design, query optimization, and documentation, ensuring consistent application across squads.
    • Strategic Support: Serve as an analytical thought partner for Tribe Leads and PMs, ensuring analysts are equipped to influence decision-making with high-quality data and storytelling.
    • Impact Monitoring: Ensure the development and maintenance of dashboards, analyses, and reporting solutions that reflect business priorities and enable proactive performance tracking.
    • Cross-Chapter Collaboration: Actively contribute to the Analytics Chapter initiatives (standards, rituals, tools, onboarding, etc.) and foster collaboration with other vertical leads (B2C, People, Performance).
    • Talent Development: Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and individual development planning, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring high engagement among team members.

    • Transversal Thinking: Ability to see patterns and opportunities across domains and translate them into shared solutions or reusable assets.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, business acumen, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, etc.). Master’s degree is a plus.
