Objective of the Role
Ensure Spin's brand integrity and operational excellence in creative delivery. This role is responsible for establishing and upholding brand governance, guaranteeing that all internal teams and external agencies consistently apply brand guidelines. The Head of Creative Hub Operations leads an internal creative squad to produce high-quality, on-brand assets while also overseeing external creative production, ultimately ensuring that all marketing and company-wide deliverables meet Spin's brand standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead brand governance efforts, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal teams and external agencies.
- Lead an internal squad of copywriters and designers, responsible for producing high-quality marketing campaign materials.
- Collaborate closely with external creative agencies and production houses, participating in brief development and overseeing the quality and production of creative crafts.
- Own the project management process for the internal creative team, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Oversee quality control for all creative deliverables, both from the internal team and external agencies, ensuring they are consistently on-brand and meet Spin's standards.
- Receive and interpret internal briefs from marketing teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Social Media) and other cross-functional areas (e.g., Growth, Acquisition) to guide the creation of top-tier assets.
- Ensure all creative pieces are on-brand, meet campaign objectives, and feature messaging and copy aligned with Spin's brand tone and voice.
- Work in close partnership with the Design Visual Lead and the Head of Product Design to ensure visual guidelines and style are consistently applied across all brand touchpoints.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the creative execution teams, translating strategic needs into actionable creative briefs.

Required Knowledge and Experience
- +7 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a leadership role within an in-house creative team or agency, with a strong focus on brand governance and creative production.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing creative teams (designers, copywriters, motion graphics).
- Deep experience in brand guideline implementation and enforcement across diverse channels and touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of the creative production process from brief to delivery, across various media types (digital, print, video).
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders concurrently.
- Experience briefing and managing external agencies and production houses, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Growth, Brand).
- Familiarity with brand strategy and marketing objectives in a fast-paced B2C or fintech environment.
- Knowledge of AI tools and their potential application in creative workflows is a plus.
