Position Summary:

The Smartsheet Developer is responsible for leading the development of Smartsheet solutions for DigitalRadius, advancing the effectiveness of DigitalRadius performance internally and for the clients we serve.

Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards to maintain and thereby analyze the data as needed to continue providing necessary solutions.
  • Design, development, modification, testing, documentation, distribution, training, and on-going support of business reporting solutions as well as helping to address key operational challenges and concerns.
  • Develop web reporting solutions to help the business make better decisions, extraction of key data from business applications, and creation and management of operational dashboards to continue reviewing the applicable data sets.

 

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of Smartsheet core and advanced applications with an ability to put real solutions in place that maximize the end user experience.
  • Ability to design blueprints through Control Center in an optimal and effective way that minimizes manual touchpoints in the system.
  • Experience in Dynamic View development and Pivot Table creation through Smartsheets.
  • Experience leveraging and developing Data Shuffle.
  • Extensive understanding of metric creation through Smartsheet through the utilization of Dashboards and advanced formula creation.
  • Expertise in the following: Sheets vs Workspace, Reports, Forms, Workflows, Dynamic Views, Pivots, Functions and Formulas, Sales Force Connector (or similar).
  • Responsible for overall end user experience and tracking efficiency gains through the use of Smartsheet applications.
  • Review all new Smartsheet feature releases and analyze how DigitalRadius can leverage new releases and host end user engagement sessions to train/advertise new features.
  • Train and empower Smartsheet users to maximize their use of the system.
  • Mentor, coach and assist in the development of DigitalRadius personnel.
  • Knowledge of cGMP GCP policies, procedures, rules a plus.

 

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

 

Education/Experience: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
  • 2+ years of experience with Smartsheet functional areas like control center, workspaces, power apps, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Smartsheets Platform Administrator, Specialist and/or developer. • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft products.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management.

 

Reasoning Abilities:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Able to engage at all levels of the organization while operating under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

 

Computer Skills:

  • Relevant office productivity tools, such as Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google office Productivity tools, such as gmail, google calendar.
  • Relevant workflow and drawing tools, such as Viso, Lucidchart, SmartSheet.
  • Relevant project management and communication tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
