About the Role:
Digs is looking for a hands-on, strategic marketer to own our end-to-end growth engine. This role is focused on driving qualified pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition through data-driven, full-funnel marketing programs. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to align go-to-market strategy, accelerate buyer journeys, and scale repeatable demand programs that support both quarterly and long-term growth goals. This role focuses on individual contributor impact while providing a clear path for growth as the team and department expand.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute Digs’ full-funnel demand strategy, driving MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and ARR
- Partner with Sales on ICPs, funnel metrics, pipeline targets, and conversion goals
- Build, optimize, and manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle nurture programs
- Develop integrated campaigns and automation that move buyers efficiently through the funnel
- Oversee lifecycle marketing across acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and re-engagement
- Translate product launches, events, and sales priorities into demand-driving campaigns
- Define success metrics, build dashboards, and leverage analytics to optimize programs
- Support digital channel optimization across website, email, paid media, and social
- Identify new growth levers, market opportunities, and test scalable campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading demand generation in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong track record of driving pipeline, revenue, and measurable ROI
- Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, including HubSpot, Webflow, and Zapier
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Thrives in an early-stage environment with high ownership, autonomy, and curiosity
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization

Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000. Final salary will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
