Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to join our Global Customer Support Training Team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality training materials and sessions to enhance the capabilities of our Customer Support staff. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging educational technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs and objectives, ensuring the training material is aligned with business goals and strategies.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training materials and courses tailored for specific teams, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and multimedia content.
- Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and webinars, demonstrating a high level of comfort and effectiveness in presenting and engaging with the audience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement, and updating materials as needed to reflect changes in products, processes, or department strategies.
Required Experience/Skills
- Native level of English proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 3-5 years of Instructional Design, training delivery, and/or learning consultation experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using instructional design tools and software, including eLearning authoring tools (Rise360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), video editing software (Camtasia) and LMS/LXP platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating live training sessions, both in-person and virtually, with a proven ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience/Skills
• A “Train the Trainer” or equivalent qualification would be a plus
• Resourceful, organized, efficient and professional
