Position Overview
Diligent is looking for an experienced Senior Director of Field Marketing to join our team. This role will partner closely with the regional sales leaders to ensure marketing is creating events and campaigns relevant to the growth mix for the region to hit targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and deliver Marketing sourced pipeline for the Americas region by attending, hosting and launching regional specific campaigns and events with existing customers.
- Develop and lead the team to execute customer-driven, regional marketing strategies and programs to increase demand, pipeline, product usage, retention and expansion.
- Closely monitor KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness. Analise data to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI to senior management.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, build and evolve effective marketing plans that meet/exceed pipeline goals.
- Partner with Solutions Marketing and Solution Engineers to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and addressable market to guide regional priorities.
- Work closely with teams across Marketing to formulate and drive initiatives – webinars, campaigns, events, conferences, and seminars - to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to enhance execution and maximize sponsorship opportunities.
- Hire and coach top talent. Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic organization of marketing leaders and individual contributors, empowering them with the skills to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Deliver against our goals of account activity volume, increase conversion rate from marketing scored to sales accepted opportunities, and drive pipeline.
- Managing stakeholder expectations/needs and properly articulating the growth strategy for the region and status of KPI actual vs targets.
- Unlock the potential of their team and ensure each tactic we are doing is tied to performance and overall regional growth targets.
Required Experience/Skills
- 10+ years of Marketing leadership experience with a focus on partnering with regional Sales leaders to drive pipeline.
- 8+ years of experience managing a team of 3+ members.
- Proven track record of driving successful field marketing strategies and initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, fostering a culture of results and accountability.
- Deep understanding of event operations, agency management and industry standards for events targeting the enterprise segment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of delivering against pipeline targets.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Track record of designing and executing high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth with senior executive audiences.
- Track record of designing and executing partner marketing programs to drive partner pipeline and revenue.
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, with experience leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances with resilience and composure.
- Experience fostering a high-performance team culture.
U.S pay range
$200,000 - $240,000 USD
