The Team 

Our Analytics and Applications team plays a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This dynamic team manages enterprise-wide applications, including ERP, CRM, and BI systems. By harnessing the power of data and advanced analytical tools, we provide valuable insights that inform strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and enhance overall performance. 

Position Overview 

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable technical solutions that align with business needs and contribute to the company's overall success. This role involves providing technical leadership and spearheading strategic projects, taking initiatives from concept to execution. The successful candidate will be adept at engaging with business partners, senior executives, technical teams, and functional resources. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, encompassing CPQ, SalesCloud, DataCloud, AI, integration to 3rd party applications and other relevant technologies. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to understand objectives, provide support in developing technical solutions. 
  • Architect end-to-end quote-to-cash (QTC) processes using Salesforce technology.  
  • Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives. 
  • Architect complex Salesforce solutions that include standard and customization of Salesforce functionality, development of custom applications, integrations with external systems, and data migrations. 
  • Lead technical design sessions and workshops to translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and technical specifications. 
  • Define Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure consistency and maintainability of Salesforce solutions. 
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features, products, and technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance the organization's Salesforce capabilities. 
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce solution offerings.  
  •  Support and maintain the appropriate security model (Sharing & Users, Profiles, etc.). 
  • Automate process, eliminating redundancy, and improving efficiency without sacrificing end-user experience.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 
  • 3+ years' experience with Apex, Trigger, Visual Force and Force.com 
  • Strong proficiency with Force.com Platform skills (Apex, Lightning (LWC, Aura), SOQL, Unit Testing, Visualforce).
  • Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect. Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. 
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), Salesforce Lightning Experience, and Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.). 
  • Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce integration with (Soap/ REST API/ Web services/ Boomi) 
  • Ability to lead and mentor development teams, foster collaboration, and drive technical excellence. 
  • Ability to work with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Visualforce pages, Lightning app builder 
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors and assess appropriate next generation technology recommendations. 
  • Experience with Einstein AI use cases.  
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex, enterprise-wide projects. 
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. 
  • A passion for problem solving. 
  • Proven success and complete comfort working for high growth, fast-paced, rapidly changing, team-oriented environments. 
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

U.S pay range

$185,000 - $210,000 USD
