You will design and execute high-impact engagement strategies, including exclusive roundtables, summits, and influencer programs, while leveraging AI to scale content creation, outreach, and performance tracking.

- Plan and execute premier events such as:
- Live and Virtual roundtables (live roundtables are gatherings of 25–35 directors or executives over a meal; virtual events are for larger groups of 100+ attendees).
- NextGen Board Leaders Summits (full-day event for 30–50 first-time directors).
- Elevate Leadership Summits (full-day event for 100+ senior leaders).
- Director Summits (multi-day events for 40-50 directors).
- Design wrap-around engagement strategies including follow-up content, communications, and community-building initiatives.
- Plan and execute premier events such as:
- AI-Driven Content & Outreach
- Use generative AI to create and streamline personalized outreach, blogs, emails, social media posts, and event content.
- Leverage AI tools for influencer identification, content optimization, and social media automation.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on key success metrics: attendance, engagement, NPS, influencer recruitment, and social reach.
- Use AI to analyze trends and optimize future engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executive engagement, influencer marketing, and strategic communications.
- Proven success in planning and executing high-profile events and programs.
- Track record of successfully engaging high-profile executives and individuals
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) audiences is a plus.
- Experience and enthusiasm for using AI tools for content creation, event planning, and/or data analysis.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging directly with Diligent’s senior leadership.
- Having a growth mindset – open to experimenting, learning and adapting on the fly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth, global corporate environment.
