Diligent is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager – Team Lead (Americas).

In this role, you’ll lead a high-impact team of 2–3 Field Marketing Managers to execute strategic, regional marketing initiatives across the Americas. In this player-coach role, you’ll be responsible for building the overall ENT Field Marketing plan to boost awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth. Cross-functional collaboration with sales and customer success teams will be key as you deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Team Leadership

  • Own the strategic planning across the ENT & MM teams—designing field marketing plans that align with product and enterprise goals.
  • Build and manage budgets to maximize ROI across teams and campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor Field Marketing Managers, diagnosing gaps and guiding execution to optimize funnel performance and pipeline development.
  • Leverage the marketing toolkit to determine the right channel mix—events, digital, email, gifting—for each region.
  • Drive continuous process and improvement—streamlining procedures, refining campaign playbooks, and scaling best practices

Strategic Field Marketing Execution

  • Design and execute field marketing programs—crafting messaging, campaigns, and in-market activations.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel lead generation initiatives to increase MQLs, accelerate pipeline velocity, and drive conversions.
  • Own the end-to-end event strategy—including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up—to ensure impactful, on-brand experiences with measurable ROI
  • Leverage customer and regional insights to tailor messaging and inform future campaign direction.
  • Regularly forecast and review budget utilization, making real-time adjustments to maximize ROI through the fiscal cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between the business and demand generation, filtering and redirecting requests to ensure efficient execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, DG, product marketing, digital, content, and strategic events teams to align messaging, target accounts, and go-to-market plans.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and seamless engagement between field marketing and client-facing teams.

Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce monthly and quarterly reviews of event activity, campaign performance, pipeline impact, and opportunity motion.
  • Deliver executive-level performance summaries—including target account penetration and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct quarterly deep dives to evaluate what's working, what isn’t, and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on field or regional marketing, preferably in SaaS, governance, or enterprise tech
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful ABM programming against Target Accounts.
  • Strong event management skills—from concept through execution to post lead follow up—with measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, and campaign tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a high degree of ownership
  • A curious mindset and a strong interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and impact
