Position Overview

You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. Using your Project Management skills and experience, you will lead customer adoption projects to drive adoption of Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and leverage your deep domain and practical knowledge and experience to help our customers realize their Governance Vision, Goals and Objectives. Especially in the field of Entity & Subsidiary Management skills.
  • Proactive management of portfolio operations including revenue management and forecast, self and project team utilization and time management.
  • Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to make sure that projects are delivered successfully; delays and project overruns are minimized; and project efficiencies and budgets are managed.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring of Professional Services during the entire implementation lifecycle with a focus on:
    • Capturing high quality business requirements.
    • Creating design & walk-through documents and solution workflow diagrams.
    • Creating and maintaining Project Plans, constantly updating and following project plan to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
    • Coordinating Enablement and Training for customers.
    • Communicating with Clients and internal resources daily. Communicates project statuses and progress to project stakeholders and senior management.
    • Manages meetings including scheduling and developing the agendas and documenting action items.
    • Responsible for reviewing/assigning support tickets that require Professional Services.
    • Change Management.
  • Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent’s products to increase efficiency for delivery of our projects. Use your experience to drive successful adoption and reduce associated risks.
  • Assist Sales, Customer Success and Solution Consultants in pre-sales activities such as solutions development; product demonstrations; RFP responses; implementation scope, effort & price estimates; and contracting (Statements of Work etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to expand Diligent’s product footprint with existing and new customers.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management teams, to develop customer roadmaps, strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption, maturation and expansion of governance Risk and Compliance solutions with a focus on Entity & Subsidiary Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success in identifying barriers to the adoption of Diligent’s products and in developing strategies and approaches to remove these barriers and increase adoption.
  • Develop and execute a suitable training plan that helps you grow as a professional and remain relevant to Diligent’s customer base.
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements and new features.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring of Senior Specialists and Specialist team members on project management and customer enablement.

Required Experience

  • 5 plus years’ experience with strong Project Management skills and business acumen to help Diligent customers solve their business problems and achieve their desired positive business outcomes.
  • 5 plus years’ in managing implementations of complex large-scale technology products across industries.
  • Project Management professional certification and/or training in Project Management is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Governance/Entity & Subsidiary Management preferably supported by 2 years of experience in this domain.
  • 2 plus years’ experience in crafting SOWs and CRs.
  • Ability to autonomously lead and manage hands-on projects throughout project lifecycle.
  • Track record of successful project delivery management in an enterprise or to enterprise customers with a dynamic and complex technical / regulatory environment.
  • Experience in client management and business development within those clients.
  • Effective skills in persuasion and influence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire.
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic company and growing team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills including great public speaking skills and workshop facilitation.
  • Exceptional knowledge of business processes and the ability to solve business problems using a combination of technology and process changes.
  • Good understanding and experience of how Entity Management relates overall to Governance Risk and Compliance preferably.
  • Available to work across multiple time zones and geographies; North America, Asia, Europe.

U.S pay range

$115,000 - $135,000 USD
