Product Manager

Do you enjoy building products that solve complex customer challenges and shape the future of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)?
As a Product Manager at Diligent, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative SaaS products that help organizations make better decisions and manage risk more effectively. You'll work closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into impactful product experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in GRC, Regulatory, or Financial products who is passionate about customer-centric product development, emerging AI capabilities, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define product strategy, business outcomes, and success metrics aligned with customer and business needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights and translating them into product requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-defined product backlog and user stories.
- Drive product discovery, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Monitor product performance, user engagement, and business outcomes to guide future enhancements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Develop deep domain expertise in governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory technology.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with recent experience building GRC, Regulatory, or Financial products.
- Strong experience managing SaaS products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience working with GRC platforms.
- Exposure to or a proven track record of delivering Agentic AI or AI-powered product capabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to write clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
