Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: 

We are seeking an APAC Digital Marketing Specialist to execute in-region digital campaigns that drive qualified pipeline across Australia, New Zealand, and broader APAC markets (e.g., Singapore and other ASEAN countries). This is a hands-on execution role, delivering localized paid, email, and web tactics in close coordination with global Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Field Marketing. The ideal candidate has direct B2B digital marketing experience in the APAC market and understands regional compliance requirements (e.g., Australia's Privacy Act, Singapore's PDPA). 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Execute in-region digital campaigns (paid social, paid search, email) targeting APAC accounts and personas, based on briefs from global Demand Gen and Field Marketing. 
  • Partner closely with APAC Field Marketing to develop digital programs and drive in-region activations, aligned/integrated with regional marketing plans and commercial priorities. Translate field insights into digital programs built specifically for APAC audiences and market needs. 
  • Build and launch campaigns working with the marketing ops team, covering marketing tools and CRM , including audience segmentation, UTM tracking, and localized journey/nurture flows. 
  • Coordinate with regional Field Marketing, Sales and SDR teams to align lead routing and follow-up cadence. Coordinate with central teams on execution of solution-led campaigns relevant to APAC markets, ensuring in-region delivery aligns with global campaign structure, timing, and messaging. 
  • Monitor campaign performance in-region and flag optimization opportunities (bid adjustments, audience refinement, creative refresh) to global Demand Gen stakeholders. 
  • Provide performance reporting to key stakeholders and work with Field Marketing to continually optimize media campaigns. 
  • Support APAC event promotion, including local audience list-building and event-related nurture execution. 
  • Maintain campaign documentation and calendars to ensure APAC activity stays aligned with global GTM timing and reporting cadence. 

 

Required Experience/Skills 

  • 2-4 years experience in digital marketing execution, preferably in B2B SaaS, with direct experience running campaigns in APAC markets. 
  • Proven experience in executing digital advertising campaigns in APAC region. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce or similar CRM for campaign builds and reporting. 
  • Proficient in APAC digital advertising platforms (eg. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, , Meta and regional publisher/media landscape), including norms, usage trends, performance measurement and campaign benchmarks. 
  • Working knowledge of media conversion tracking across multiple digital advertising platforms, including tags, integration with marketing automation systems  
  • Skilled in media buying and campaign optimization strategies across multiple digital advertising platforms, including budgeting and bidding, audience targeting, retargeting etc. 
  • Strong working knowledge and prior experience in Marketo, Salesforce and 6Sense. 
  • Familiarity with APAC data privacy requirements (e.g., Australia's Privacy Act, Singapore's PDPA) as they apply to marketing execution. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute independently, with minimal need for supervision. 
  • Understanding of adtech and programmatic advertising is an advantage. 
  • Comfortable working async/remotely with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones.
