Field Marketing Manager, FED/State
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing programs that drive customer engagement, support regional business priorities, and strengthen market presence. This role is responsible for managing field marketing initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring activities align with target audience needs and broader organizational goals. The position requires strong project management skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate market opportunities into effective and measurable programs. They will also play an important role in optimizing campaign performance, supporting stakeholder collaboration, and contributing to the overall success of field marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional field marketing programs and campaigns that support pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align programs with target accounts, market priorities, and go-to-market goals.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of field activities such as webinars, events, executive programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Own campaign logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth and effective execution.
- Track and analyse program performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to optimize field marketing plans, processes, and tactics based on performance data, sales feedback, and market insights.
Required Experience/Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign execution, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to plan and execute regional marketing programs such as events, webinars, account-based activities, and customer engagement initiatives that support pipeline growth.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with experience managing timelines, vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Events teams to align programs to target accounts and go-to-market goals.
- Comfort using marketing, CRM, and reporting tools to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a proactive, data-driven approach to optimizing results.
