Training Specialist II

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Here’s a summary of the role:

If you’re an experienced customer-facing trainer who enjoys working directly with customers, adapting your approach in the moment and making complex software easy to understand, this could be a great fit. As a Training Specialist II, you’ll deliver product and process training to a diverse customer audience, including administrators, executive assistants, directors and committee members. You’ll manage customer training engagements, deliver around 3–4 sessions a day, build strong customer relationships and take ownership of training programmes from planning through delivery and follow-up. Your ability to think on your feet, communicate confidently and use real-world training experience to solve customer needs will be key to your success.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Deliver engaging customer-facing product and process training across individual, group, virtual and in-person formats, typically delivering around 3–4 sessions per day.
  • Own customer training programmes and engagements end to end, including planning, scheduling, preparation, delivery and follow-up.
  • Adapt your training approach in real time when customer needs, audience expectations or session priorities change.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and confidently train administrators, executive assistants, directors and committee members.
  • Customize existing training materials and modules when required, including PowerPoint presentations and training documentation.
  • Contribute to a proactive training culture by identifying training opportunities, maintaining quality standards and collaborating with global Training and Customer Success teams.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Strong hands-on experience delivering customer-facing or process training, with several years of relevant training experience.
  • Proven experience facilitating training for different audiences and adapting your delivery to the needs of the customer.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior customer stakeholders.
  • A track record of handling real-world training situations and providing specific examples of how you solved customer challenges or changed your approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions, customer requirements and related activities.
  • Availability to work the EMEA shift (1:30 PM–10:00 PM IST) and work from the Bengaluru office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience delivering software or SaaS product training.
  • Experience working in customer support, technical support or another customer-facing environment where process training was a core responsibility.
  • Experience creating or customizing PowerPoint presentations, training guides or other customer-facing learning materials.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior trainers and working collaboratively with global teams.
