DBI headquarter is located in Rueil-Malmaison, greater Paris area, with subsidiaries across Europe (DACH, Italy, Iberia, Eastern Europe). We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst (M/F) to join our teams, in Rueil-Malmaison (France) or Grassobio (Italy).
Within the Intimates & Basics Sourcing department, you will actively contribute to strengthening our global sourcing performance while developing strong analytical and technical expertise. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams across Europe, North America and Asia, you will drive the consistency and reliability of purchasing data throughout the entire product lifecycle, bringing analytical and technical expertise. Beyond operational excellence, you will also participate in process simplification and improvement, leverage AI‑based tools, and lead suppliers negotiation to optimize cost competitiveness and supply chain agility.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collect, consolidate, and manage supplier quotations (RFQ) across multiple regions
- Upload, validate, and maintain accurate price information within our ERP system
- Build cost matrix, and drive the consistency and reliability of purchasing data throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Perform advanced product cost analysis and cost breakdowns (by supplier, pack, style)
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and productivity levers
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal purchasing conditions (costs, lead times, minimum order quantities)
- Drive process improvements and data‑flow simplification
- Contribute to the deployment of AI‑driven tools and automation initiatives to enhance data accuracy and decision‑making

Profile
You bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data. Your rigor, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills enable you to lead effective negotiations and collaborate efficiently with a wide range of internal and external partners.
A first experience in sourcing or purchasing is appreciated.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
