POSITION OVERVIEW:

We have a unique opportunity for a high-performing commercial Market Insights professional to help with our first commercial launch, as well as potential future indications. Based in Boston, this role will report to the Vice President of Commercial Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market Insights & Analytics (~60%)
  • Develop market research and insights plans for bitopertin and pipeline assets – including market research studies, data acquisitions, and advanced analytics projects
  • Provide periodic comprehensive updates to the Commercial and Medical teams on all completed research and analytics projects
  • Analyze and synthesize primary research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, global assumptions, market access inputs, Medical perspective, and commercial feedback into clear planning implications and recommended actions
  • Track key external and internal signals that may affect commercialization assumptions, including clinical readouts, regulatory milestones, competitive events, access dynamics, customer feedback, and market structure changes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management (~25%)
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs) to understand their research and insights needs, timings and budgets
  • Manage data acquisition needs (claims, lab data, EMR, etc.)
  • Work with partners to integrate findings into key deliverables (forecast, marketing plans, etc.)
  • Lead research study execution including contracting, design, analysis of results and delivery of presentation
• Marketing Analytics (~15%)
  • Partner with Marketing team to develop marketing effectiveness measures
  • Ensure data deliveries from vendors contain the required information to implement key performance indicators
  • Lead implementation and track performance with assistance of IT and commercial data vendors

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8-10 years of biopharma commercial operations experience
• Excellent project management ability
• Superior Excel modeling ability, and high level of ability in PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate data via clear visuals
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, diligence and reliability
• High empathy and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse team
• Ability to work quickly and flexibly with resource constraints
• High integrity and commitment to working within full legal/regulatory compliance
• Desire to be part of a small, dynamic, mission-driven company
