  • Serve as thought leader and advocate - Position Discord as the premier platform for reaching engaged Gen-Z communities at industry events, in strategic discussions, and through on-going agency communications
  • Own agency contact mapping and communication - Maintain strategic oversight of holding company relationships, business reviews, education plans, and communication across the agency ecosystem
  • Provide strategic market intelligence - Deliver insights on holding company initiatives, industry patterns, and areas of alignment with Discord's solutions to drive scalable innovation and growth
  • Partner cross-functionally - Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product, marketing, measurement, and insights teams to deliver best-in-class solutions for agency clients and ensure strategic alignment with company goals

What you should have

  • Senior agency development expertise - 10+ years of experience in brand advertising partnership sales or agency relationship management at major digital platforms with proven track record of revenue growth and strategic partnership execution
  • Deep holding company relationships - Established network and credibility with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders across major holding companies with demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence senior leadership

  • Data-driven strategic thinking - Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to synthesize complex data and insights into actionable strategies around high-impact opportunities
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Experience working in matrixed organizations with ability to win support and drive deliverables from key internal stakeholders across sales, product, operations, legal, finance, and other core functions

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
