We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a proven ability to bring products to market and drive meaningful user adoption and engagement. This person thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and data—translating complex features into clear, compelling value for customers. You’ll partner closely with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and cross-functional teams to launch and scale products, using insights and experimentation to continuously improve performance. The ideal candidate brings a mix of critical thinking, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in fast-paced environments like SaaS or the creator economy.
What you'll do:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams.
- Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with target artist segments.
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the expert on our artists, competitors, and the broader music distribution landscape. Gather and synthesize insights to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging marketing assets, including product pages, videos, blog posts, artist facing marketing materials, and in-app communications.
- Guide Product Education and Asset Creation: Direct the development of comprehensive product education materials and marketing assets in close collaboration with the Content Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing teams to drive feature adoption and understanding.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of product launches and marketing campaigns, providing data-informed recommendations for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product team throughout the development lifecycle to ensure products meet market needs and are launched successfully.
- AI-Enabled and Nimble Ways of Working: A proactive, "test-and-learn" mindset with the ability to quickly adapt strategies and embrace new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance productivity and marketing impact.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within the B2C or B2B SaaS space, or the music/creator economy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving adoption and growth.
- Experience growing product adoption and engagement in partnership with Lifecycle marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex features into clear, benefit-driven narratives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
