The Role
This role requires a strategic leader with a track record for building and leading high performing teams in challenging environments, who has deep expertise in advanced manufacturing of automotive and/or aerospace vehicles, supplier development, and global logistics, and who can drive innovation and efficiency within our supply chain ecosystem. As the Vice President of Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for both Divergent Technologies and Czinger Vehicles. You will be responsible for supplier management, supplier development, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operational efficiency to ensure a robust, agile, and scalable supply chain that supports our cutting-edge manufacturing processes. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in advanced manufacturing, supplier development, and global logistics, who can drive innovation and efficiency within our supply chain ecosystem.
- Leadership & Strategy: Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team, developing a supply chain strategy that enhances scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness while optimizing supplier relationships for quality, reliability, and risk mitigation.
- Supplier Management & Procurement: Develop and manage strategic supplier partnerships, ensuring high-performance standards, quality control, compliance, and cost optimization across automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors.
- Logistics, Inventory & Fulfillment: Oversee global logistics and inventory management, leveraging digital tools and automation to ensure on-time delivery, supply continuity, and cost efficiency.
- Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization: Streamline procurement, logistics, and warehousing, implementing AI-driven forecasting and ERP enhancements to drive cost savings, process optimization, and operational excellence.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity, resilience, and regulatory compliance across procurement and supplier relationships.
- Cross-Functional & Customer Focus: Align supply chain operations with engineering, manufacturing, and finance, optimizing fulfillment and on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery to drive customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership in supply chain, procurement, or operations in advanced manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or defense.
- Expertise in supplier strategy, contract negotiations, logistics, and global sourcing.
- ERP, MRP, and AI-driven supply chain technology expertise.
- Strong financial acumen with cost modeling and procurement efficiency experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or executive-level experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in precision manufacturing and complex, low-volume supply chains.
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, and responsible sourcing.
- MBA preferred.

Pay Range
$218,110 - $299,880 USD
