
Senior Manager, Business Systems

Purpose
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Systems to lead projects to burn down technical debt, improve current capabilities, or introduce new capabilities within our business systems including PLM, ERP, and MES. This role will ensure our business system ecosystem supports the company’s growth and operational goals to optimizing performance, efficiency, and user experience across business, engineering, manufacturing, and operations functions.
The Role
Business Systems Leadership
- Shape and execute digital thread and configuration management strategies for business systems spanning product development, operations, and business functions.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen system capabilities, improve user experience, and enable scalability in alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, align on priorities, and oversee project execution that delivers measurable outcomes.
- Navigate transitions to new tools and platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams in supporting and evolving enterprise applications.
- Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps.
- Support ongoing process improvement, training, system literacy, and adoption across the organization.
Process Optimization
- Champion integration and data integrity across applications to drive operational performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, supply chain, engineering in other related field.
- Proven experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with business systems such as PLM, ERP, MES.
- Expertise in stakeholder alignment and requirements definition.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Oracle Fusion ERP, Siemens OpCenter.
- Deep understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes, and their integration with supporting business systems.
Work Environment
- This role is based in-office at our Torrance, CA headquarters.
Pay Range
$165,800 - $227,950 USD
