  • Experience establishing technical standards, methodologies, or architectural practices that influence broader engineering organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent complex technical concepts to engineering leaders, customers, vendors, and external technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, software architecture, CAE, CAD, PLM, scientific computing, or related technical fields.
  • Track record of establishing technical direction for complex engineering software ecosystems or foundational application platforms.
  • Demonstrated influence on major technical programs, cross-functional engineering strategy, or organizational technology roadmaps.
  • Experience integrating computational geometry, topology optimization, simulation, CAE solvers, GPU compute, and interactive 3D visualization.
  • Experience representing technical organizations in strategic customer engagements, vendor partnerships, or external technical collaborations.
  • Recognized technical contributions through influential software systems, architecture standards, patents, publications, or comparable achievements.
