About the role

The Finance & Accounting Admin Staff provides essential support to the finance department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to financial record keeping, transaction processing, and reporting. This role requires a strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

What will you do

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Process and track accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements

Transaction Processing:

  • Process company's expense payment to vendors
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Provide support on bank relative matters
  • Monitor and track budgets

Administrative Support:

  • Provide office operation support to the other department 
  • Maintain legal documentation

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting regulations

What you need to have

  • 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong data entry and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
