About the Role
As a Security Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating information security initiatives across our ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for planning, tracking, and driving execution across multiple teams, while balancing priorities between internal security functions and external stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams, leadership, and clients to ensure information security programs are delivered effectively and on schedule. Success requires strong program management capabilities, clear and confident communication, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a complex, fast-paced environment.
You will work directly with our CISO and the TPM team to ensure initiatives remain visible, aligned, and on track. Over time, this role may evolve to support broader areas within the security organization.
What You Will Do
- Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of information security initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including leadership and vendors, to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee program tracking using tools such as Jira or MS Project, maintaining clear visibility into task progress and ownership across teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions, develop tracking artifacts (e.g., Gantt charts, Kanban boards), and maintain regular reporting to support alignment and accountability.
- Contribute to programs across Application Security, DevSecOps, and Incident Management, within on-premise, cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Ensure project execution aligns with security best practices, operational constraints, and stakeholder requirements.
- Deliver clear and tailored communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain momentum and mitigate delivery challenges.
- Promote a structured, transparent, and collaborative working model across teams and functions.
What You Need to Have
- 6–8 years (or more) of experience in program or project management within a technology environment; prior involvement in security-related initiatives is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is MANDATORY.
- Proficient in using tools like Jira, and other project tracking platforms to manage medium-scale initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Familiarity with key security domains such as Application Security and DevSecOps; strong interest in cybersecurity is essential - prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to balance different organizational cultures and working style.
- Reside within JABODETABEK area to collaborate with directly with client(s).
- Possess resilience and adaptability to operate effectively in a security-driven environment, where timelines may shift due to compliance or stakeholder needs.
- Confident in managing expectations, communicating risks, and maintaining cross-team alignment in various delivery scenarios.
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent in program/project management.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CISM) that demonstrate understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Experience creating Gantt charts, dashboards, and structured reporting to support program visibility and tracking.
- Background in working closely with product managers and engineering teams to align technical execution with business goals.
