Senior Product Manager - Internal Platforms & Enablement

About the Role
As a Product Lead within our Digital Bank, you will play a pivotal role in empowering internal teams to serve customers effectively and efficiently, while elevating the overall banking experience. You will own product outcomes for internal platforms, tools, and capabilities that enable customer service, operations, risk, and other internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Drive product strategy by identifying opportunities, defining clear goals, and aligning initiatives with clan and company objectives.
- Translate business and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term impact.
- Champion customer-centric design to ensure internal products enhance team effectiveness and the overall customer experience.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Build trusted relationships across business, technology, operations, and leadership teams.
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics, proactively manage expectations, and balance competing priorities while maintaining product vision.
- Facilitate open communication, encourage diverse perspectives, and constructively resolve conflicts to drive alignment and progress.
Delivery & Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute and deliver high-quality internal products efficiently.
- Align tasks with strategy, manage resources effectively, and adapt plans as priorities evolve.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Promote data-driven decision making by analyzing relevant data, identifying gaps, and validating assumptions.
- Balance deep analysis with rapid experiments to iterate quickly and inform prioritization.
Customer-Centric Design
- Ensure internal products are designed with the end customer in mind, improving both team efficiency and customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven product leadership experience, ideally within digital banking, fintech, or regulated environments.
- Track record of delivering internal platforms, tools, or enablement products that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and align diverse teams.
- Ability to navigate organizational dynamics, build trust, and influence decisions at multiple levels.
- A customer-first mindset, understanding that great internal products lead to great customer experiences.
