• Own and continuously improve the team's testing approach, becoming the go-to person for testing topics in an agile environment.
• Ensure test readiness across infrastructure, environments, and test data to enable smooth and reliable execution.
• Design, implement, and expand automated test coverage, with a strong focus on backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to identify risks, clarify requirements, and prevent defects early in the development lifecycle.
• Share regular testing insights, results, and quality metrics with stakeholders, supporting informed release decisions.
• Contribute to Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery practices, helping the team improve quality while maintaining delivery speed.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• Experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with a passion for building reliable and maintainable products.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, backend testing, and API validation.
• Programming experience with Java, Kotlin, or comparable technologies, and an interest in continuously improving testing practices and automation coverage.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with CI/CD environments, ISTQB certification, or additional automation expertise would be considered a plus.
