As a Junior Pega Developer at DKB Code Factory Valencia, you'll develop hands-on Pega platform expertise from day one, working alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and senior developers. You'll navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements with resilience and curiosity, growing your technical and collaborative skills to become a reliable contributor to our team and towards your Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Develop simple case lifecycles (stages, statuses, basic SLAs), basic UI components (form configuration, field groupings), and straightforward data transforms or decision logic on the Pega platform. 
• Demonstrate foundational Pega platform competency by independently delivering  low-complexity feature implementations that meet acceptance criteria and follow development best practices, using core debugging tools such as Clipboard, pyWorkPage, and Pega Tracer. 
• Establish effective working relationships with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and senior developers and actively participating in team meetings, asking clarifying questions, and seeking guidance when needed. 
• Adapt to changes in project scope or requirements with team support, maintaining flexibility and learning momentum. 
• Demonstrate readiness for increased responsibility by completing your Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification, expanding your platform knowledge through self-directed learning and team knowledge sharing. 
• Take ownership of assigned tasks with appropriate guidance-seeking, and show initiative in connecting your work to the broader team goals.
