The Role

You will be a key part of our team that assists business related to explore, clean, and analyze data. You'll help us uncover trends and patterns to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: This involves collecting data from various sources, organizing it, and ensuring its accuracy and completeness. You might use tools like SQL to query databases and scripts to automate data wrangling tasks
• Data Analysis: You'll be tasked with analyzing the prepared data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. This may involve using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
• Data Visualization: Creating clear and concise dashboards and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences is a crucial skill. Tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc., are commonly used for data visualization.
• Reporting and Communication: You'll need to document your work clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Presenting your findings to the team and stakeholders is also part of the job.

Requirements

• Being a current undergraduate student in a relevant field like statistics, computer science, business analytics, or related fields
• Familiarity with data querying languages (SQL) and data manipulation tools (Python) is a big plus. Additionally, some experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is often preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically are essential for this role.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, is key to effectively collaborate with the team and present findings. You should also be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new things
