Responsibilities
Relationships between electrical and electronic circuitry, as well as the interrelationship of chemical, radiological, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum, or gas components of a piece of equipment or a system.
Principles and theories governing the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment to diagnose malfunctions, and repair and test such electrical equipment as sterilizers, film driers, suction apparatus, and dental units.
Hydraulic systems, including their grips, locks, stops, and release mechanisms, can determine proper adjustment with no leaks.
Electronic symbols, color codes, descriptions, and manufacturers' numbers.
Electronic test equipment such as digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, patient simulators, electrical safety analyzers, and other specialized medical Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).
Equipment such as micrometers and calipers to detect wear and misalignment of gears, cams, valves, and other mechanical parts, and the ability to use seat wrenches and pressure gauges when working on hydraulic systems.
Authorized Army Automation Systems, which include, but are not limited to, the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), the Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E), Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), Global Combat Support System (GCSS), and other systems that are specifically authorized by the USAMMA M3D.
Repair medical equipment such as sterilizers, X-ray tables, operating tables, pressure breathing therapy units, respirators, and other mechanical assemblies using gears, shafts, and pulleys.
Select proper replacement parts, modification kits, and identify materials, mechanisms, and components of electrical systems.
Complete electrical test with equipment such as ohmmeters and test meters.
Interpret and apply blueprints, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, liquid/air flow sheets, technical manuals, and other specifications.
Assure that any person who works on any medical, dental, and diagnostic imaging system is proficient and thoroughly competent to perform work in Biomedical Equipment Technology maintenance.
Perform maintenance cycles on Medical Equipment Sets that are returning from deployments, to include all maintenance actions: Technical inspections of new, used, or reconditioned medical equipment.
Complete maintenance actions within a reasonable performance time. Maintenance actions include, but are not limited to, technical inspections, repair, calibrations/PMCS, and overhaul of medical equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
As a minimum, BMETs shall be a graduate of the Department of Defense (DoD) Medical Equipment Repairers Course or certified through the International Certification Commission (CBET) or have at least earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Medical Equipment Technology.
Minimum three (3) or more years of experience as a BMET.
A background check will be conducted.
Possess the ability to pass a NACI background investigation and acquire a CAC.
Possess the ability to pass a NCIC investigation and scored credit check per federal and contractual requirements.
Must be a US citizen.

Experience with the Department of Defense
Must possess knowledge of maintenance actions: technical inspections, repair, calibrations/PMCS, and overhaul of medical equipment.

Overview
To provide day-to-day life-cycle management of the company’s Contracts which includes US Government, commercial, and international contracts for all divisions of the company. Helps develop and enforce company and departmental procedures relating to contract compliance and business administration.
Responsibilities
Supports leadership in interpreting contract terms and providing advice to corporate Officers and Operating Center Presidents.
In consultation with project managers, proposal development staff, and senior management, supports program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
Supports proposal activities including an active role in developing the Business Volume and assuring compliance with the solicitation.
Develops customer relationships with both contracting officers and subcontractors.
In collaboration with the Director of Procurement, supports the review and approval of all department templates for subcontracts, consultant agreements, teaming and non-disclosure agreements, and contract-related procurements. Presents all negotiated deviations from standard language to the Director of Procurement for approval.
In coordination with the Procurement Department, leads the subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts by developing solicitations, negotiating terms/prices, and executing subcontracts during the program lifecycle.
Develops and prepares complex and sensitive internal and external communications.
Documents the contract file to include allocability, allowability, and reasonableness of costs; identification and protection of intellectual property rights and other compliance information.
Assists in the development of corporate contracts and grants policies, procedures, and document templates, including the implementation and training of DLH staff.
Produces or contributes to the production of client and/or internal financial reports, including pipeline analyses, funding projections and analyses, contract backlog, etc.
Performs additional duties, including special projects, as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors and at least 8 -10 years of progressively responsible experience in government contracts, grants, subcontracts, and procurement management, including extensive experience in the management of complex multi-year, multi-million-dollar IDIQ, T&M, CPFF, and FFP contracts. 14 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Demonstrated experience organizing, problem-solving, and multitasking under tight deadlines
Ability to work well with little supervision.
Leading negotiations with customers and subcontractors, including but not limited to terms and conditions, price and schedule
Familiarity with Gov. approved procurement systems with CPSR experience is desired.
Experience working with ERP Systems
Advanced knowledge of the FAR, and other agency supplements
Demonstrated proficiency in leading negotiation strategies
Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills; ability to identify risk mitigation strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to employees and management at all levels
Highly adaptable to change; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office CPCM and CFCM certifications are desired but not required
Basic Compensation: $126,000 - $140,000 yearly salary

Responsibilities
On site 3+ days per week to facilitate needs of the lab staff
Able to set up vendor appointments and calls for service on behalf of scientists
Facilitate meetings between scientists and OIT
Communicate IT needs of lab staff to IT federal and contractor teams
Work with infrastructure team to set up physical server hardware in datacenters and lab spaces
Work with infrastructure team to set up cloud resources to support lab data storage within Azure/AWS
Field IT inquiries from scientific staff (T2/T3 tickets)
Act as a point of escalation for service desk team regarding Linux support requests
Write standard operating procedures for Linux device support
Assist infrastructure team with Linux endpoint administration
Facilitate lab hardware requests and make educated recommendations.
Gather requirements from lab staff regarding their computational and data storage needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience and appropriate technical certifications
Five (5) + years of experience with Linux (Ubuntu preferred, but all Unix is acceptable)
Five (5) + years of customer service/support
Three (3) + years of fluent daily use of bash/Unix coding & scripting
Three (3) + years working with specialized scientific hardware interfacing with IT infrastructure
Ability to evaluate server hardware for nontechnical clientele.
Comprehensive understanding of server/computer hardware (RAM, processors, iDRAC, UPS, APC, PSU, GPU)
Experience setting up physical server hardware in data centers and in one-off racks
Comfortable interfacing scientific hardware with Cloud resources (AWS/Azure)
Able to translate technical information (scientific/IT) to non-technical staff
Familiarity with Ubuntu 18.04-22.04
Functional understanding of Windows subsystem for Linux
Comfortable working with Windows, Mac, or Linux workstations
Ability to lift more than 30 lbs. (server equipment)
Experience migrating large batches of data between Unix systems (100’s of TB’s)
