We have an opening for a High School Intern. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. Considering this model, this role could be based in the following cities:

Location

  • Phoenix

Position Summary:
We are seeking a High School Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in architecture, working with design teams on various projects. This is a great opportunity for students passionate about architecture to gain real-world experience and develop their skills.

What you will do:

  • Participate with other design team members in an integrated design process for various projects.
  • Learn to use primary design tools such as REVIT/AutoCAD and proprietary DLR Group design tools and methods.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials using Sketch-up and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist with project pursuits and business development opportunities.
  • Actively participate in project and site meetings as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a currently enrolled high school student.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Suite Sketch-Up or other design software.
  • Excellent v­isual verbal and non-verbal communication skills

$12 - $19 USD
