Senior Designer

What you will do:
- Oversee project design for K-12 schools.
- Duties include:
- Oversee project design and coordination
- predesign and project kick-off
- contribute to program development and values
- schematic design; design development
- construction document, bidding, and construction administration
- responsible for project schedule, delivery, and profitability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Graduate degree not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations)
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Integrated design process
- Design trends and national best practices for K12 design
- Creating/facilitating presentations for regional and national K12 design conferences
- Leading K12 projects of scale
- Sustainable design
- Technical proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, GIS, AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- May permit telecommuting

Pay Range
$110,880 - $177,320 USD
