Project Manager, Experiential Graphic Design

Position Summary
We’re seeking an Experiential Graphic Design Project Manager to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating meaningful, engaging environments through signage, wayfinding systems, brand experiences, and immersive design. As a key member of our studio, you’ll manage a variety of design projects from concept through completion while ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. You will also support new business efforts and help maintain the overall health and workflow of projects within a focused design practice (e.g., Wayfinding, Environmental Graphics, or Branding).
What You Will Do
- Oversee and manage experiential design projects from start to finish, including signage systems, immersive environments, and branding initiatives.
- Lead project planning, schedules, and budgets; monitor milestones and ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors/consultants.
- Coordinate across creative teams to support production specs, vendor bidding, rights clearance, and more.
- Collaborate on client presentations and contribute to strong, thoughtful design solutions.
- Review final design documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Attend meetings and site visits as needed.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal and interview preparation.
- Foster strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in experiential or environmental design, project management, wayfinding, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing design projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings, as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wayfinding and signage systems, brand development, or environmental/ experiential graphics
- Familiarity with materials and methods used in signage fabrication and installation
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing or business development efforts
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Interest in continuous learning and professional growth

The suggested pay range for this position is:
Pay Range
$70,000 - $120,000 USD
