About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to support one of our largest digital-first accounts. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day account needs while collaborating closely with junior staff members, providing guidance and oversight to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high standard. You will also serve as a key client contact, helping maintain strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and the client.
The ideal candidate has healthcare communications experience within an agency environment, excellent writing and communication skills, and a proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset. This individual will work closely with other DNA team members as well as a cross-functional group of experts from across the broader IPG network to support campaign development and execution.
What we are looking for:
- Experience developing workback plans and executing a material from ideation through client review processes (e.g., Veeva submissions, referencing, uploads)
- Proactivity when coordinating projects and managing timelines
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Strong understanding of communications field, including digital/social media, as well as traditional public relations
- Attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills, poise and professionalism
The requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2-3+ years of agency experience
- Understanding of communications in a regulated space
- Understanding or eagerness to learn how to work in integrated agency teams (Earned Media, Social, Partnerships, Creative)
- Can promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions
- Can handle multiple deliverables at once
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Focused on problem solving

Salary range: $68,000 USD - $78,000 USD
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
