Starting Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary + $10k bonus potential 

 

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help streamline the efforts of our sales team and accelerate the growth of new business.  This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in enhancing sales efficiency, championing data integrity, and influencing overall Go-to-Market strategy for a small, but mighty sales team. In this position, you’ll be tasked with optimizing our sales tech stack, empowering our sales team through data-driven insights, and implementing scalable automations that will expedite our growth. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, proactive individual who’s ready to dive into the weeds, establish best practices, and help our team climb to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day use of the Sales Team’s tech stack (including Salesforce, Gong, SmartLead, and Sendspark) to maintain clean and accurate data, ensure seamless integration, and enable maximum utilization
  • Generate reports and dashboards on sales performance that identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Leverage tools like Clay and Zoho to help our Sales Team execute personalized outbound prospecting cadences
  • Maintain our existing Zapier and Gemini-based automations and collaborate with team members to develop additional enhancements
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate sales process documentation for playbooks and workflows, and work alongside sales leadership to identify additional training and resource needs for the sales team
  • Proactively gather team feedback and search for additional opportunities to improve, streamline, and scale our processes and provide recommendations on how to increase team efficiency / revenue attainment
  • Interface with Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on data definitions, lead flow, and overall revenue operations within the Sales tech stack

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in sales or sales operations, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective, scalable solutions
  • Proficient with Salesforce and revenue intelligence tools such as Gong
  • Experience with sales engagement, video, and deliverability platforms (e.g., SmartLead, Sendspark, Zoho)
  • Familiarity with automation and data enrichment tools such as Clay, Zapier, or similar low-code environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell stories through data that drive performance
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High coachability and ability to integrate feedback effectively
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and proficient in prompt engineering
  • Bonus: experience running high-performing outbound prospecting cadences, including content creation
