We are looking for a Head of Sales who combines strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a passion for disruptive technology to drive our sales efforts and scale our business. This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing our sales strategy, and driving revenue growth. The Head of Sales will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, communicate the value of our AI-driven solutions, and develop long-term partnerships. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, driven sales leader who thrives in an early-stage, high-growth environment and is excited by the potential of artificial intelligence.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a scalable sales strategy that aligns with Docugami's growth goals.
- Prospecting, qualifying, and selling to companies in different business segments through understanding their business processes and pain points.
- Leading and mentoring a growing sales team, and implementing best-in-class sales processes and methodologies.
- Establishing strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Communicating the value of our AI-driven solutions to prospective clients through sales messaging
- Driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts while also laying the foundation for future sales channels and partnerships.
What we look for in a candidate:
- 7+ years of increasingly successful direct sales experience.
- Demonstrated, specific, deep experience in technology sales
- Powerful executive-level communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
