Role Purpose

We’re looking for a Channel Director to lead and scale our partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that will drive revenue by identifying new distribution opportunities, building go-to-market programs and working closely with sales to close partner-driven deals.


You’ll be the architect and operator of our channel strategy — unlocking growth through collaboration with resellers, MSPs, integrators, and white-label partners who embed or rebrand Documo solutions as part of their offerings.


Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Evolve our partner program to drive significant Partner sourced Revenue.
  • Track, forecast, and accelerate partner pipeline through hands-on engagement and support.
  • Identify and connect with quality partnerships that unlock pipeline annually for our sales team.
  • There are three channels you will be directly responsible for: Agents, White Label and Partnerships are your core focus
    • Agents; resell Documo and get a percentage of the deal.  You will sign reseller agreements.
    • Whitelabel; redesign the Documo app as their own and sell it.  You will sell these folks a license. 
    • Partnerships; getting Documo activated into partnerships that help introduce us to new prospects.  You will sign partnerships and reseller agreements 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging for new Partnerships.
  • Nurture existing relationships and build a “book of business” for referrals.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in partnerships, Channel Sales, Partnerships or business development in B2B tech.
  • Healthcare experience and background is a plus
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and ability to multi-task.
  • A strong grasp of channel economics, partner lifecycle, and co-selling best practices.
  • Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and self-starter — you're comfortable leading initiatives
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing startup environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, cloud software, or compliance-heavy industries is a big plus.
