Role Purpose We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to lead our acquisition and pipeline growth strategy. You’ll own the programs and campaigns that drive new opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and support revenue goals. You’ll be responsible for building full-funnel programs that convert awareness into qualified pipeline. You’ll have demonstrated success managing paid campaigns, scaling outbound programs, mining Hubspot/Salesforce CRMs and automating sequences, understanding how to drive LinkedIn demand gen success, and an ability to find and test new channels. This role reports to the SVP, Marketing and will collaborate closely with sales, content, and website marketing to execute integrated campaigns that align with our go-to-market strategy. We believe in fair and equitable pay. The base salary range for this role is $95,000-115,000 per year. Actual compensation is determined based on a number of factors including skills, qualifications, location and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive total compensation package that includes performance-based bonuses, equity, and benefits.
