Role Purpose

We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to lead our acquisition and pipeline growth strategy. You’ll own the programs and campaigns that drive new opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and support revenue goals.


You’ll be responsible for building full-funnel programs that convert awareness into qualified pipeline. You’ll have demonstrated success managing paid campaigns, scaling outbound programs, mining Hubspot/Salesforce CRMs and automating sequences, understanding how to drive LinkedIn demand gen success, and an ability to find and test new channels.   


This role reports to the SVP, Marketing and will collaborate closely with sales, content, and website marketing to execute integrated campaigns that align with our go-to-market strategy.


Success in This Role Looks Like

  1. Driving high-quality MQLs and SQLs that fuel pipeline and revenue.
  2. Effective campaign execution across inbound, outbound, events, and partner channels.
  3. Strong alignment with sales to support conversion and accelerate the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Deliverables/Outcomes

Demand Gen Strategy & Execution

  • Multi-channel campaigns – Plan and launch coordinated programs across email, paid search, display, retargeting, and content syndication to drive pipeline goals.
  • Own paid acquisition – Direct and optimize our SEM/PPC agency relationship; set budgets, targets, and performance SLAs.
  • LinkedIn engine – Run both paid and organic LinkedIn demand-gen plays.
  • Partner with content and design to create compelling campaign assets.

Funnel & Lead Management

  • Define lead stages and scoring criteria in collaboration with sales.
  • Monitor and optimize MQL to SQL conversion rates through nurture programs and follow-up strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are tracked, attributed, and reported properly in the CRM.

SEO


  • Collaborate with content on SEO-driven lead generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our website developer on SEO technical best practices
  • Ensure our content is optimized to rank for AI-searches and track metrics/performance

CRM and Outbound Programs

  • CRM mining & activation – Segment, nurture, and reactivate dormant leads with automated, high-impact workflows.
  • List building – Source, enrich, and maintain high-intent prospect lists using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and intent signals.
  • Outbound enablement – Develop sequences, cadences, and collateral that empower SDRs and AEs to convert faster.
  • Report on engagement, click-through, and pipeline contribution.

Cross-functional partner

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure flawless hand-offs and feedback loops.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Measurement & iteration – Track funnel metrics, report on CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution, and iterate quickly for lift.
  • Use insights to improve ROI and inform future programs.
  • Present regular updates to Marketing and Sales leadership on pipeline contribution and KPIs.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation in SaaS
  • Proven success driving pipeline through multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta 
  • Comfortable using AI to automate manual tasks, improve productivity
  • Strong analytical skills and facility in using data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create compelling ads that convert
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo
  • ABM tools like Terminus, 6sense, or Demandbase
  • Knowledge of paid media platforms and programmatic advertising
  • Experience in healthcare, cybersecurity, or IT services sectors

We believe in fair and equitable pay. The base salary range for this role is $95,000-115,000 per year. Actual compensation is determined based on a number of factors including skills, qualifications, location and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive total compensation package that includes performance-based bonuses, equity, and benefits.
