Revenue Enablement Specialist
About The role
Our Revenue Enablement Specialist will be the face of the enablement programs for the GTM teams at DoiT. They will create, build, and implement training programs that will keep the GTM teams up to date and aligned. We are targeting the East Coast US time zone to allow for maximum collaboration with teams in the US and EMEA.
Location
Our Sales Enablement Manager will be an integral part of our team. This role is based remotely in the East Coast US.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Enablement Specialist to drive successful initiatives with our strategic partners. This role will focus on empowering internal sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to execute effective sales plays. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering impactful enablement programs, bonus if it was in a co-selling environment. You will be instrumental in implementing our sales strategy, fostering strong partner relationships, and driving revenue growth. Direct commercial experience, particularly in a partner-centric environment, and experience delivering interactive digital training to a B2B sales audience are highly valued.
You will be responsible for creating engaging and data-driven enablement strategies, delivering virtual training sessions, and ensuring sellers are equipped to maximize co-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, can translate data into action, and is passionate about improving sales readiness through effective enablement initiatives.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
- Develop & Deliver Enablement Programs – Create and execute engaging virtual enablement sessions, content, and resources that educate sellers
- Drive Co-Sell Readiness – Ensure sellers understand AWS, GCP, and Azure partnership frameworks, co-sell strategies, and best practices.
- Optimize Sales Enablement through Data – Track seller engagement, performance metrics, and feedback to continuously improve enablement programs.
- Facilitate Partner Collaboration – Support sellers in navigating partner portals, leveraging incentives, and executing successful co-sell deals.
- Adapt to Change & Scale Enablement – Quickly adjust strategies and content to align with evolving CSP partner programs and business needs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to align enablement strategies with business goals.
- Develop & Maintain GTM Expertise - Develop and maintain expertise in GTM strategies, value proposition, processes, and tools, focusing on driving continuous improvement and alignment through enablement efforts.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field.
- Experience working with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) or a strong understanding of their co-sell motions.
- Strong ability to create engaging enablement sessions (virtual workshops, webinars, and asynchronous content).
- Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze enablement impact and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Preferred but not required:
- Experience with instructional design
- Knowledge in adult learning theory
- Up to date on current tech and tools in the learning/enablement industry
- Experience with the co-sell motion
