About the Role

Doma is cutting thousands of dollars in home loan costs to borrowers nationwide using AI agents, and you can be part of it! We’re looking for a Product Manager to support our core platform in the Title & Escrow space, with a focus on Data Services and External Integrations.

This role sits within our product organization and partners closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and external technical and business partners. You’ll work alongside senior Product leaders to drive execution across two critical areas:

  • Data & Data Services: Doma’s proprietary AI technologies and additional data retrieval and extraction services that streamline a modern real estate transaction by integrating disparate systems, reducing manual processing and ensuring data accuracy.
  • External Integrations: Client-facing integrations that enable bidirectional file processing with ease, scalability across loan origination systems and title production systems, and adaptability to meet client needs.

In addition to delivery, this role plays a key part in monitoring product performance, ensuring system reliability, and managing third-party partner ecosystems. This is a high-impact, mid-level role designed for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys solving complex workflow problems, and wants to grow into broader product ownership over time.

What You’ll Do

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Own day-to-day product execution and roadmap across Data Services and Integrations initiatives, including Doma’s Public API
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple workstreams
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Support integration efforts with external partners, ensuring reliable and scalable data exchange
  • Bridge subject matter experts and AI systems, synthesizing domain feedback to improve how AI agents process real estate documents

Metrics, Monitoring & Product Health

  • Define and track key product and operational metrics across data services and integrations
  • Establish visibility into system performance, throughput, latency, and failure points
  • Monitor trends and proactively identify degradations, anomalies, or risks
  • Partner with engineering and operations to investigate issues and drive resolution
  • Create dashboards, reporting, and alerts to improve transparency and accountability

Partner & Vendor Management

  • Act as the product point of contact for third-party data providers, middleware platforms, and technical partners
  • Support our Sales team by facilitating new customer onboarding and integrations
  • Monitor partner performance, SLAs, and data quality
  • Own issue escalation and resolution with external vendors
  • Collaborate on integration improvements, reliability, and scalability
  • Ensure partner dependencies are well understood and documented

Workflow & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points and opportunities for automation, efficiency, and error reduction
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience working with product metrics, monitoring, or system performance
  • Comfort working with technical systems, APIs, and data flows
  • Experience working with customers, external vendors, and technical partners
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously without losing focus or quality
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, proptech, mortgage/title/escrow workflows, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and data exchange patterns
  • Experience working with workflow automation or operational systems
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar

How This Role Fits

This role is designed to:

  • Increase delivery velocity across critical product areas
  • Improve reliability, redundancy, and observability of system performance
  • Reduce operational delays and streamline customer workflows through integration improvements
  • Strengthen management of third-party partner relationships and dependencies

Why This Role Matters

Our platform sits at the center of complex, high-stakes real estate transactions. This role ensures not only that we build the right systems — but that they perform reliably, scale effectively, and integrate seamlessly with our partners.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
