Ready to lead high-impact construction projects and inspire teams to build smarter, safer, and better?
At Dome Construction, we don’t just manage projects — we shape the future of our communities. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (SPM) who thrives in complex environments, champions safety and quality, and brings a leadership mindset to every stage of the construction process.

This is more than a job — it's a chance to lead meaningful work, mentor top-tier talent, and deliver excellence in the dynamic world of healthcare construction.

🧱 What You’ll Do

  • Own the Build: Lead complex construction projects (up to $60M) from start to finish — safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Drive Strategy: Oversee daily operations and long-term execution while aligning projects with our Group Strategic Business Plan.

  • Lead the Team: Mentor and inspire project teams to do their best work. Build a strong, collaborative culture grounded in trust.

  • Ensure Excellence: Set and maintain the highest standards for safety, quality control, and client satisfaction.

  • Solve & Adapt: Tackle challenges head-on and guide your team through schedule shifts, site complexities, and evolving client needs.

  • Build Client Trust: Serve as the go-to partner for clients — driving satisfaction and repeat business.

🎯 What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related — or equivalent field experience.

  • 10+ years of proven success managing large-scale construction projects.

  • Hands-on healthcare construction experience (OSHPD / HCAI a must).

  • Mastery of MEPF, site work, structural systems, and construction methodologies.

  • Deep knowledge of contract types: lump sum, GMP, negotiated, design-build, etc.

  • Strong financial acumen: budgets, cost control, buyouts, and forecasting.

  • A natural leader with sharp communication skills and the courage to make big calls.

Preferred Extras:

  • LEED AP or GA certification.

  • OSHA 10/30 certification.

  • Experience with Procore and Viewpoint/Vista.

  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach to client and team relationships.

đź›  Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce safety protocols and create a zero-risk job site culture.

  • Oversee schedules, project finances, and subcontractor performance.

  • Lead preconstruction and estimating in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Tackle project roadblocks before they escalate — and keep things moving.

  • Create an environment where your team can grow, succeed, and thrive.

  • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts for new projects.

đź‘· Physical & Work Environment

  • Frequent site visits required (ability to climb ladders, walk sites, etc.).

  • Occasional travel; driving a personal vehicle may be required.

  • PPE required when on job sites.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable weather conditions.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
