Industry: Commercial Construction (Healthcare Focus)
Type: Full-Time | Level: Senior

Lead with Purpose. Build for Impact.

At Dome Construction, we believe that building healthcare spaces is about more than just steel and concrete — it’s about protecting lives, enabling healing, and fostering hope.

As a Senior Superintendent, you’ll take the lead on technically demanding healthcare projects that require precision, compassion, and deep expertise. From active hospital renovations to outpatient improvements and complex medical equipment installations, your leadership will help us deliver environments where safety and care come first — for patients, providers, and everyone on-site.

🏥 Your Role

In this high-impact position, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale healthcare construction projects — ensuring quality execution, regulatory compliance, and team success across the board. You’ll be the strategic field leader who sets the tone on-site, mentors emerging talent, and keeps everyone aligned and informed — from project kickoff to final handover.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Lead field operations on complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare projects

  • Ensure full compliance with OSHPD/HCAI, Cal/OSHA, ADA, and ICRA/ILSM protocols

  • Act as the primary field liaison for clients, inspectors, and trade partners

  • Mentor and coach superintendents, foremen, and field engineers to elevate performance

  • Develop and maintain clear project schedules using Microsoft Project

  • Proactively manage job site risks, challenges, and evolving field conditions

  • Oversee logistics, materials, crew coordination, and safe work planning

  • Champion Dome’s strong safety culture — always leading by example

  • Drive quality assurance from foundation through final closeout

🧱 What You Bring

  • 10+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction

  • Minimum of 5 years leading healthcare construction projects

  • Proven success on OSHPD/HCAI projects, especially in active hospital environments

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare safety, regulatory, and infection control standards

  • Experience managing multiple trades and project stakeholders

  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and Microsoft Project

  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

  • Calm, clear-headed leadership under pressure

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites across California

⚙️ The Work Environment

This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role. You’ll be on-site daily — walking the job, inspecting progress, resolving field challenges, and building strong relationships with everyone involved. The role involves climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs, and wearing PPE to ensure safe participation in active construction zones.

🌟 Why Join Dome’s Healthcare Team?

  • Work on high-impact projects that directly support public health

  • Join a team that values integrity, mentorship, and collaboration

  • Enjoy competitive pay, full benefits, and leadership development programs

  • Be part of a fast-growing healthcare division with a robust pipeline

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
