COMPANY OVERVIEW

Domo's AI and Data Products Platform lets people channel AI and data into innovative uses that deliver a measurable impact. Anyone can use Domo to prepare, analyze, visualize, automate, and build data products that are amplified by AI.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Services Solutions Director is a senior individual contributor responsible for scoping outcome-driven consulting engagements that accelerate adoption, drive credit consumption, and expand Domo’s footprint across both new logo and existing customers in the Enterprise and Corporate segments. This role blends strategic business acumen with practical execution know-how, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Partners to design well-structured, low-risk solutions that lead to long-term customer success.

You will serve as a critical pre-sales partner who can navigate both business and technical conversations, create accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure seamless handoff to post-sales teams with clear expectations and knowledge transfer. In parallel, you’ll help scale our services go-to-market by contributing to repeatable plays, enabling partners, and promoting best practices across the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and scope services engagements that accelerate platform adoption, drive credit consumption, and support renewals and expansion;
  • Identify and qualify use-case opportunities through platform signals, sales pipeline activity, and customer discovery;
  • Engage early in complex or strategic sales opportunities to shape implementation roadmaps and define phased service plans;
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to uncover needs and align on desired outcomes;
  • Create clear, actionable Statements of Work (SOWs) with well-defined deliverables, assumptions, and level-of-effort estimates;
  • Provide recommendations on consultant resourcing and support the transition from pre-sales to delivery through structured knowledge transfer;
  • Review partner-drafted SOWs to ensure alignment with Domo’s standards and reduce downstream delivery risk;
  • Enable Domo partners through pre-sales guidance, templates, and best practices that support consistent and scalable implementation quality;
  • Collaborate internally to improve repeatable services offerings, GTM playbooks, and SOW frameworks;
  • Stay current on AI trends and assist in scoping services that support AI-enabled workflows or agent-based solutions where applicable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-8+ years of experience in software consulting, solution architecture, or professional services, preferably in a SaaS or data/analytics context;
  • Deep hands-on expertise with the Domo platform, including Workflows, Domo Everywhere, and App Studio;
  • Demonstrated success in scoping and selling services engagements, including consultative selling and creation of SOWs and service estimates;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with executive stakeholders across business and technical functions;
  • Strong understanding of implementation methodologies (agile/iterative) and experience guiding teams through project phases;
  • Technically fluent in modern data architecture, pipelines, visualization, governance, and analytics platforms; Domo experience is a plus;
  • Familiarity with AI solution patterns and their application in business use cases;
  • Experience working with or enabling partners in co-sell and co-delivery models;
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with polished stakeholder-facing presence;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, computer science, or equivalent experience; master’s degree a plus;
  • Ability to travel up to 10–20% to support strategic onsite workshops and customer planning sessions.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
Page 1 of 1
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
