The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, full-funnel Google Ads & Performance Marketing Manager who can own the entire paid acquisition pipeline — from strategy and campaign creation all the way through conversion tracking, landing page optimization, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition.
This is not a “traffic generation only” role. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable revenue outcomes, not just clicks or impressions.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Ownership:
- Own and manage the entire Google Ads and paid search pipeline for Donorbox.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid acquisition strategies to attract, convert, and retain nonprofit customers.
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize ROI across campaigns.
- Campaign Management:
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with Donorbox’s voice and audience.
- Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization:
- Collaborate with design and growth teams to develop and test high-converting landing pages.
- Use analytics and heatmaps (e.g., GA4, Hotjar) to improve conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for continuous improvement.
- Full-Funnel Performance Tracking:
- Set up accurate tracking for conversions (signups, demos, customer activations).
- Work with CRM and data teams to ensure closed-loop attribution from ad click → signup → paying customer.
- Monitor CAC, LTV, and ROAS to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Partner with Product Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to align messaging and follow-up flows.
- Provide insights and performance feedback to leadership to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years managing Google Ads and performance marketing with a B2B SaaS or similar funnel.
- Proven ability to drive measurable revenue outcomes — not just traffic or leads.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analytical mindset — skilled in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling through data.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads for nonprofit or SaaS audiences.
- Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising or donor engagement tools.
- Experience integrating ads data into CRM or marketing automation workflows.
Details
- Fully remote based in India
- Salary: $20-25k USD, depending on experience and location
