About the Role

Are you ready to step into a critical role directly impacting DoorDash’s success? As an Enterprise Senior Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to own and grow relationships with some of New Zealand’s most prominent restaurant brands, driving revenue and long-term business impact. This role is ideal for a proficient account manager who thrives in building ideas and opportunities on building strategic partnerships, negotiating high-stakes deals, and delivering measurable business growth.

As a Senior Associate, Enterprise, you’ll drive revenue, expand key accounts, and optimize partner performance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that deliver business impact, working cross-functionally to exceed client expectations and unlock new revenue streams.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office (Auckland) and 2 days remote.

  • Support Enterprise leads & team to help drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and maximize client value.
  • Build a deep understanding of what is working and why by analysing key sigmas and dashboards to build an understanding of cause/ effect/ action
  • Support Ent leads & wider teams in developing and executing strategic account plans that align with partner goals and drive long-term retention.
  • Help & support with high-value negotiations to structure and close deals that benefit both DoorDash and our enterprise clients.
  • Deliver key insights and data-driven recommendations that help partners optimize their performance and grow their business.
  • Work with teams helping to lead and support across large-scale initiatives, including POS integrations, menu optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Be a critical voice across the organisation in helping to set the right priorities and opportunities across the business 

We’re excited about you because you…

  • Have 4+ years of experience in account management, business development, or consultancy preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment or management consultancy
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-focused role, working within a team that has growth as it’s number one focus
  • Are a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Have a proven track record of identifying sound insights that drive unique opportunity and insight
  • Can translate data into actionable insights that improve partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Are highly strategic and solutions-oriented, able to turn complex challenges into tangible opportunities.
  • Are curious about new opportunities and ideas. You might have taught yourself SQL to better understand your own data queries or you have a curiosity with AI and how it can help to turbo charge your productivity in your role
