In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution for our Marketing websites, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and deliver web initiatives across all our lines of business.
You'll lead the web platform roadmap, including strategy and execution for our CMS (Contentful), CRO programs, web tracking, Conversion APIs, and analytics. As the primary owner of our Marketing web stack, you'll translate business needs into technical requirements, evaluate and recommend web technology solutions, manage cross-functional initiatives, and drive measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
This role reports to the Director, Marketing Technology within the Growth Marketing organization.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own the Marketing web platform roadmap, defining priorities and driving execution across CRO, personalization, and content management initiatives
- Lead cross-functional web projects from requirements gathering through launch, coordinating across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and external partners
- Develop and execute web optimization strategies—A/B testing, user experience improvements, and conversion rate optimization—championing a culture of experimentation across web properties
- Serve as the strategic advisor for web initiatives, translating high-level marketing objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Build and manage web tracking, tagging, and reporting infrastructure—including Conversion APIs (Meta, Snap, TikTok, etc.)—to ensure Performance Marketing teams have the data needed to optimize paid campaigns
- Own web analytics strategy and reporting, partnering with Analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights across Marketing web properties
- Evaluate and recommend web technology solutions (hosting platforms, frameworks, tooling) to improve site performance, developer experience, and scalability
- Manage relationships with web engineering teams and vendors, coordinating priorities, sprints, and deliverables
- Establish scalable processes, documentation, and best practices for web content management, testing, and platform governance
- Coach and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and building team capabilities
- Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively; develop contingency plans for complex initiatives
We’re excited about you because…
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, digital optimization, or a technical marketing role, with a track record of driving measurable business impact
- Proven experience leading web projects end-to-end, including optimization, content management, and cross-functional coordination with Product and Engineering teams
- Advanced knowledge of web tracking and measurement—Google Tag Manager, Conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Snap, TikTok), web analytics (GA4, Amplitude), and tracking/attribution methodologies (MMPs, CDPs). Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google, Meta) and performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) and BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
- Deep expertise with content management systems (CMS)—ideally headless CMS like Contentful—and strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience evaluating and recommending web technology solutions (hosting platforms, frameworks, performance tooling) with a strong understanding of trade-offs and implementation considerations
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver on aggressive timelines, and manage relationships with vendors and external partners
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, influence without direct authority, and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting based on real-time insights
