Senior Transfer Pricing Associate

About the Team:

The Transfer Pricing team is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s global transfer pricing framework across a rapidly growing multinational technology organization. The team supports business expansion, acquisitions, operating model evolution, intellectual property management, and global tax compliance while ensuring alignment with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local country requirements. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Development, and business leaders, the team helps enable scalable growth through data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and proactive risk management. Team members gain exposure to complex cross-border transactions, post-acquisition integrations, tax authority audits, and global transformation initiatives, while partnering with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is a highly visible team that plays a critical role in supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation on a global scale.

About the Role:

The Senior Transfer Pricing Associate will support the design, implementation, and documentation of global transfer pricing policies across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on execution capabilities, particularly in OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, U.S. IRC Section 482, UK TIOPA, and Nordic (including Finnish) transfer pricing frameworks.

- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR support)
- Support intercompany pricing analyses and benchmarking studies
- Assist in implementation of transfer pricing policies
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams
- Support tax audits and authority inquiries
- Track global TP regulatory changes
- Assist in automation and process improvements

We’re excited about you because…

- 3–6 years of transfer pricing experience
- Strong knowledge of OECD, IRC 482, UK TIOPA, Finnish TP
- Experience with benchmarking databases
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills
