  • Ensure all facilities meet local regulations, safety standards, and company policies; partner with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of changing requirements.
  • Partner with the Global Operations Center on crisis scenarios (natural disasters, evacuations, pandemics) and help the team execute business continuity plans.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships for food, beverages, and essential services including contract administration, renewals, RFPs, and ongoing service level assessments.
  • Support Real Estate on lease renewals, new builds, and renovations to ensure smooth day-one operations.
  • Use occupancy data, employee surveys, and spend analysis to inform local workplace decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the site's operating budget, including financial variance tracking and cost-saving initiatives that maintain service quality.
  • Support change management for workplace initiatives, communicating clearly and consistently with stakeholders throughout.
  • Deliver regular updates to leadership on operations, project progress, and KPIs; maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, landlords, vendors, and contractors.
  • Partner with the Sustainability Team to support environmental improvements at the office location.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Workplace leadership experience managing a team.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, build cross-functional partnerships, and foster a high-performance culture. Comfortable setting goals, adapting quickly, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present clearly across levels. Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-first approach.
  • Organization & Execution: Highly organized and detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
