About the Team
The Inbound Activations Phone Team provides live phone support to assist Merchants with their onboarding experience. As an extension of the Merchant Operations onboarding teams, Inbound Activations ensures all DoorDash Merchants are correctly onboarded and assist throughout the activation process. From onboarding merchants to resolving customer issues, we deliver precise, fast, and scalable support in a high-growth environment. About the Role
As an Inbound Activations Supervisor in CDMX, you'll be a people-first leader responsible for driving team performance, fostering career development, and improving key workflows. You’ll report to the Merchant Services Manager and lead a team of high-performing specialists who support the merchant journey from activation to resolution. You will work closely with our Tempe-based leadership, balancing team culture, morale and metric expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating and sustaining a best-in-class service culture—one that champions customer obsession, proactive problem-solving, and stakeholder satisfaction. You’ll also play a critical role in cross-functional collaboration, change management, and the rollout of scalable operational improvements.

- Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize tools and processes that reduce friction and improve service delivery.
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that reinforce stakeholder trust..

- Proven track record of gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights to help drive informed decisions.
- You leverage a proactive approach to Merchant onboarding success by anticipating issues, strategizing on solutions, and recommending specific actions to your cross-functional partners to ensure a defect-free onboarding
- A minimum of 3 years of people management or supervisor experience, demonstrating effective leadership.
- Over 5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software, including data creation and management in Google Sheets.
- Experience with SQL or similar query languages to search internal databases.
- You are detail-oriented and organized - you are able to organize content in a way that is easily digestible by a wide variety of audiences.
- Proven track record of supporting teams in setting and achieving targets.
- Prior experience supporting direct reports with career growth and performance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Sheets with a strong understanding of data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
