About the Team
The Merchant Services Labs team in DoorDash focuses on creating efficient and adaptable onboarding workflows for new products. This team's work allows for rapid iteration and optimization, leading to standardized processes that can be seamlessly integrated into the core Merchant Services team
About the Role
This role, on a small but mighty team, will streamline the onboarding of new Labs initiatives and pilots, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from intake to graduation. Responsibilities include assessing project needs, determining the Labs team involvement, and designing or refining existing processes and becoming an SME on onboarding processes for our merchants.
You will report to the Merchant Services Manager on our Merchant Services Labs team in the Merchant Services organization.

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Labs-supported initiatives, from intake to graduation.
- Develop and implement standardized onboarding procedures and documentation for new projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovative scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Create and utilize tooling to enhance the onboarding process.
- Contribute to the foundation that will allow new products to thrive.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have a BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields or an additional 4 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields
- You have experience working with Salesforce / Atlassian
- You know how to build, optimize and improve processes while designing for scale
- You have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
